3. Use of the Search Profile Form

When you fill out and submit our property search profile form, the following personal data is collected:

Wishes and priorities (free text)

Purpose of processing: The data is processed exclusively for the purpose of property brokerage. We use your information to identify suitable property offers for you and to provide you with feedback within 48 hours.

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures).

4. PDF Generation and Email Dispatch

After submitting the form, a PDF document with your search criteria is automatically generated. This PDF is offered to you for download and simultaneously sent by email to our brokerage team ([email protected]). The PDF is temporarily stored on our servers and deleted after completion of the brokerage.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties unless:

You have given your explicit consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR)
The disclosure is necessary for the fulfillment of our contractual obligations (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR)

6. Storage Duration

Your data will only be stored for as long as necessary to fulfill the brokerage purpose. After completion of the brokerage or at your request, your data will be deleted, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
